Planning a date night in Mountain Home doesn’t have to mean driving out of town. Here’s how we’d string an evening together, using our wine bar as the anchor.
Start on the water
If the weather’s good, an afternoon on Bull Shoals Lake or Norfork Lake is a natural start to the evening — boating, fishing, or just watching the sun start to drop over the water.
Land at The Ozark Fork & Cork
We’re a short drive from both lakes on Hwy 62 E. Grab a table, split a board — The Continental Indulgence or the Rustic Royale both work well for two — and take your time with a glass of wine. Our room is intentionally small, so it stays quiet enough to actually talk.
No reservation? No problem
Walk-ins are always welcome. If you want to guarantee a table on a busy Friday or Saturday, give us a call ahead of time.
Round out the evening
[DEV/OWNER: add 2–3 real local recommendations here — a dessert spot, a scenic overlook, a walk downtown — to round out the guide and strengthen local relevance.]
Whatever the rest of your evening looks like, we’re glad to be part of it. Cozy, unrushed, and built for two.
